Thank you for supporting Artisan Collective Designs! Every item in this shop is handmade by artist Rustie West here in Colorado, and many pieces are one-of-a-kind. Please read this policy before placing your order.

Processing Times

• Ready-made items (in-stock quilts, jewelry, fused glass, and other finished pieces): ships within 3-5 business days of purchase.
• Custom quilt orders: because each custom quilt is made to order by hand, please allow 4-6 weeks for completion before it ships. Rustie will confirm an estimated completion date when your order is placed.
• Processing times do not include transit time once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Costs

• Orders ship via USPS/UPS (whichever offers the best rate for the package size). Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Currently, Artisan Collective Designs ships within the United States only. (Flag: let me know if you'd like international shipping enabled — it changes several sections below.)
• Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at artisancollectivedesigns@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging.
• Artisan Collective Designs will work with the carrier to file a claim and will replace the item (if possible, given its handmade nature) or issue a refund for damaged goods.
• For packages marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 5 days so we can assist with a carrier trace.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade — and many are one of a kind — we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged in shipping (see above), or
• Rustie approves a return or exchange at her discretion.

If you believe your item qualifies, contact us at artisancollectivedesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description (and photos, if applicable) of the issue.

Custom Quilt Orders

Custom quilts are made specifically for you and are final sale — the same no-returns policy above applies, unless the finished piece arrives damaged in shipping.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel a custom order, please reach out as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before production begins. Once Rustie has started cutting or sewing your fabric, the order can no longer be cancelled.
• Because quilts are handmade from natural materials, slight variations in color, pattern placement, and stitching are normal and part of the handmade character of each piece — these are not considered defects.
