1. About Artisan Collective Designs

Artisan Collective Designs is the handmade shop of Colorado artist Rustie West. All products offered through this site — including quilts, table runners, wall art, placemats, cozy bowls, fabric bookmarks, jewelry, crystal suncatchers, fused dichroic glass, and original acrylic paintings — are individually handcrafted by Rustie. Custom quilt completion services are also offered as described on the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase through our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products & Handmade Nature of Goods

• All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
• Because our items are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, size, and pattern between the photographed item and the item you receive are normal and expected — these are part of the handmade character of the work, not defects.
• Many items are one of a kind. Once sold, an identical piece may not be available again.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Custom Orders

Custom quilt orders are made to your specifications (size, fabric, theme, and special requests) as selected at checkout. By placing a custom order, you agree to the timelines, cancellation terms, and final-sale conditions described in our [Shipping & Returns Policy].

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed; if this happens, we will contact you before charging the corrected amount.
• Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment system at the time of purchase.

6. Shipping & Returns

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, product images, written content, and artwork displayed on this site are the original creation of Rustie West and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the site;
• Submit false or misleading information when placing an order;
