Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising, and avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and hairspray. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Roll the bracelet on and off rather than pulling it, to protect the elastic cord. Store in a soft pouch or jewelry box, out of direct sunlight. Natural stones vary slightly in color and pattern.

Sales are final. If a piece is damaged in transit, send photos of the shipping box, all packaging and the product within 24 hours so a claim can be filed. Approved returns get a prepaid label, and credit goes back to the original payment method once the piece arrives.
